Change to number pad +/- behaviour

It used to be that when entering the date for a transaction the +/- keys on the number pad would increase or decrease the date. Now the "+" does nothing and the "-" moves between the day, month, year fields. Is anyone experiencing this? Was this a function change? If so why? So annoying!

What is your Windows short date format? It should use / as delimiter. If it has - as delimiter, the +/- increment/decrement won’t work.
