New Billing Service Unable to Locate All Credit Card Accounts For Banks

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
The new billing service, after crashing Quicken twice and causing issues with my paycheck reminders and tax planner, seems unable to locate all the credit card accounts associated with some of my banks. It can only find one credit card for Chase, and one credit card for U.S. Bank. I have four credit cards with Chase, and two credit cards with U.S. Bank.
Why is it every time my file gets corrupted or I run into issues it almost always involves billing or income/transfers in some way? It's getting old.

I created an archived copy and created a fresh data file. It was a pain but it could have been worse. I consider this matter closed.
