Utility bills no longer update or available
With the new and updated bill pay system the connections I use to have with my local utility bills are no longer connected. When I search for them by name the system is not able to find them. This is for SRP and City of Mesa (both in Arizona). This seems like a step back versus and improvement. Is there a plan to bring the utility connections back?

Unfortunately for now, many billers not supported.
Below is a Quicken response
Thank you for coming to the Community to provide your feedback. Unfortunately, the new service provider does not support as many billers as the previous service provider did. They are working to expand the number of billers they will support in the future. For more information on the change, please review this article:
For now, unsupported billers can still be tracked using manual reminders.

Same here. Southern California Edison is not supported. Verizon Wireless fails every time, and Southern California Gas Company remains in a "Pending" state for over a week now. The only ones that seem to work are my credit cards.
Having said that, I don't use bill pay to actually pay them off. I use the autopay from within each biller as @UKR suggests.
What's also a serious "downgrade" is the older system would also provide PDFs of monthly bills so I can compare the statement against earlier downloads, review the details of the bill or whatever else I needed in one place. Now I have to login to each biller, endure 2FA and then drill down to previous/current bills.

@nmestanas Ditto. I have never used Quicken bill pay services. Before Chase switched to EWC+ I did have online bills set up for my utilities and used the bank pay feature in Quicken. I guess this still works for banks with direct connect. It was great to get the pdfs but the reliability of getting the online bill reminders was so bad that I deleted all my online bills a couple of years back. With 64.23 none of my utilities are even supported so I will stick with using autopay at the billers and online payments at my bank.
