Fidelity requiring reauthorization

So I reauthorized and then got the screen to link the Fidelity accounts to Quicken accounts and all transactions from Sept 15 which had been accepted were downloaded again and I was told to accept or delete them.

If I delete them will they keep coming back every time I update the accounts?

    They should not show again. I also converted today and had a handful of duplicates.
