Cannot download CC-501 error

I have tried to add connecting to download transaction, no matter which account I try and update, they ALL give the dreaded CC-501 error and the popup tells me not to contact my bank, which I would not do as this is most definitely a Quicken error. I want to ensure my 12 month sub does NOT start until I can use what I am paying for. What is the status of this? I waited ~48 hours and no change with status on Quicken server ends.
