    I have this same issue, and have now disconnected my Quicken program from automatic downloads from Edward Jones. My credentials with Edward Jones are correct, regardless of the Quicken error messages, but I'm tired of having to contact Edward Jones to have my account unlocked after multiple Quicken fails.

    I'm actively looking for a Quicken replacement, as I'm disappointed with paying for a broken subscription service.

    @Tim Collinge look to banktivity. i do not use it, but i, too, am considering moving as quicken is becoming more work than it solves.
