How do I fix the error: "You are about to sync a file which has older data than the cloud."

I have a Windows 11 PC and an iPhone with the Quicken mobile app. After recent updates to the Quicken Windows app, mobile app and Windows 11, I started getting this error. "You are about to sync a file which has older data than the cloud."

The times and time zones on all devices appear to be correct.

    From another thread:

    To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend that you backup your Quicken file, then reset the cloud.

    To reset the cloud, go to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web. If Sync is turned on, then you should see a blue link that says Reset your cloud data. Click that link.

    After clicking the link, type "yes" in the textbox to confirm, then click the Reset button.

    After the cloud reset, test to see if the issue is resolved.

    I tried this. It took a long time. It's only been a few hours and things are working. I will update these comments in a few days to see if it's fixed. Thanks!
