I'm having trouble connecting to my bank - Credit Union of Colorado

Since the latest Quicken update, One Step Update won't work. I have tried to reset and deactivate and reactive the accounts, but Quicken is no longer connecting with my bank. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Quicken and that isn't working. I am using Quicken Classic Business and Personal on Windows 11. I am getting error message: OL-304-A when I try One Step Update. When I try to reactivate downloaded transactions I get the error: "We encountered an error while connecting to your bank"
