Why has one of my Vanguard accounts become invisible to Quicken?

I have several Vanguard accounts of varying types and have been using Quicken for years to track them. But a couple months ago one of those accounts inexplicably became completely invisible to Quicken. I've tried deleting it and adding but the add account function just doesn't see that account at all. The other accounts are there as always. [Removed - Profanity]

    Could it just be hidden?

To verify, go to Tools > Account List. Do you see it in the list? If not, in the bottom of the Account List there is a checkbox labelled "Show hidden accounts" that you can check and then review the list once more.

If you see it after that, click the Edit button in the row for the account to open Account Details. Review the Display Options tab and set/unset the Account Display option checkboxes so they aren't hidden.

If these steps are of no use to you, you might try contacting Quicken Support for further assistance.

The account is not hidden, its on full display in the account list. It just does not appear in the list of accounts available to activate for automatic downloads when trying to re add it to Quicken automatic updates. On the Vanguard website its listed same as all the other accounts which download fine.
