Nothing else downloading after adding Bank of America

I've been reading all these Fidelity issue with some relief as I have not been having any problems over the last few weeks.
Yesterday my QFX downloads with Bank of America failed and I was advised here that the QFX download had been discontinued with BoA and I needed to set Bank of America up as Express Web Connect +.
I did that sucessfully and it worked for BoA.
This morning, only BoA is downloading correctly. My Fidelity, Scwab, DCU, Discover are all not showing new transactions via Express Connect….. In the splashscreen I see "downloading transactions" and "processing data" but nothing gets recorded in the accounts….

    OP here.
As a test, I opened my backup file from yesterday prior to adding BoA as an Express Web Connect +.
If I download in that file, everything updates correctly, so confirmation that the adding of BoA broke all the other downloads.

    OP again.

In case it helps, it is now working.
I tried everything I could think of, like just downloading one bank from One Step Update, re starting Quicken, restarting PC and nothing worked.

Then I selected just one Fidelity account and made it active in Quicken so I could see the transactions. I went to the Settings icon in top right and selected Update Transactions. I had a pop-up menu for about 20 seconds that I had not seen before, that from memory said something like Backing up Banking Accounts to Quicken Online.

That account did not update then, but now subsequent to doing that all my accounts are working from One Step Update.
