Fixed income prices not updating (schwab/Fidelity)

I just noticed that when I do an update of Schwab or Fidelity, there is no update for fixed income (bonds/CD's) prices. I get no error messages, but when I look at quicken tools-online holdings which shows what's been downloaded and compare them to my accounts with Schwab and Fidelity, they are don't match. Presumably, Schwab and Fidelity aren't sending accurate information???? Stock prices match perfectly between Quicken and Schwab Fidelity.

Looking at Quicken Price History for a fixed income holding, I see that the last one was 9/18 for one account, and 9/16 for the other.

I've checked multiple holdings and the update dates are all the same, 9/16 or 9/18.

All of the holdings are marked in tools-security list to download.

Prices on fixed income holdings do change every day….why isn't Quicken getting them?

I can't comment on what is taking place from Fidelity or Schwab, but the Download Quotes mark you mention only applies to Quicken getting data from their third-party data supplier. It does not apply to getting prices from the brokerages. And Quicken's data supplier only provides data for traded stocks, ETFs, and mutual funds; not for bonds and CDs.

My cache file was corrupted…reset (with help from quicken support) and now updating normally.
