Loan payments not included in Lifetime Planning tool

I am using Quicken Premier for Windows Version R64.30 build 27.1.64.3.

In the long term planning tool, my loan payments are not included as expenses when I look at the yearly summaries. The loans are available in the planning assumptions and I have the "exclude from plan" boxes unchecked. When I highlight a specific year, only my living expenses and taxes are included as expenses. The loans do not appear and are not included in the calculations.

Is there a remedy for this? I've tried excluding them and then unexcluding them with no change.

I was able to setup both current and future loans, both stand-alone and tied to an asset and see them in the Plan Summary tables. There were manual loans, not connected online to a financial institution. Unfortunately, I don't have any loans that are connected online to the servicer.

Are your loan connected online or have you set them up as manual accounts? I seem to recall there was an issue with Lifetime Planner displaying online connected loans properly.

Do a search for "Lifetime Planner Missing Loans". There are several threads that might be helpful.

    Thanks. They are online loans.
