Fidelity Download Issues After Recent Update [Edited]

One other issue that's handled:

In the update, my main credit card account (non-Fidelity) downloaded 157 post-8/29 transactions, almost all of which I had already downloaded, categorized and annotated in my old, Fidelity-baffled but otherwise up to date qdata.

Rather than go through and annotate them again, I loaded the old qdata, exported the transactions after 8/29 to a QIF file, and loaded them into the new, Fidelity-repaired version. Then 154 of the downloaded transactions showed Match, and only 3 new ones.
