Quicken Support is getting worse

We have used Quicken for 15+ years. The past few years the support team is getting bad. I am having an issue with Banking downloads started last week (8 days ago) the first agent stated it was an issue with my bank and wait 2-3 days. On day 4 I called the bank and they stated it was a quicken issue. I called Quicken back and the agent spent a good amount of time doing diagnostics with me. determination was the issue need to be escalated, and gave me a ticket number. Today (8 days since first issue) I called in for an update. I was told not to call back the escalation team would contact me. when I asked how long I should expect or should I call back if I do not hear from them? I was given a bunch of attitude about I do not listen and I need to just wait. My memory from years ago was kind folks who genuinely appreciated users. Today I feel I am considered a pain when their software does not work. Definitely need to look for a different provider, the shame is I like Quiken when it works.

It is not clear whether your intent was only to complain about the phone support or to seek help from fellow users here in the Community. If seeking help, I'd recommend identifying the financial instituation(s) involved, download method you are using (e.g. Express Web Connect via One Step Update), any error messages presented, and a detailed description of what happens when you try to download transactions.
