Something 'went wrong' and I can't seem to d/l all accounts?
Long story here, and I made 3 phone calls already to try and get it working.
I am on Windows version R64.35 Build 27.164.35
It all started on 10/23 I assume.
I have been a long time user of Quicken to d/l my back and Broker accounts, just the data, no bill pay or anything but the $'s in the accounts. Stocks by value like a Brokerage statement.
On the 23rd or maybe a day later I notice my accounts were not updating. One Step Update showed 'waiting' for all accounts and after a minute of so, it closed? Nothing updated?
I looked at the ABOUT, and discovered that my account had ended! Huh! I got email that my account was automatically charged and renewed for year…
Call 1, was told not a problem, just log out close Quicken and open it and log back in, it would then pick up the new subscription. OK, it did, problem solved. Don't know why it didn't automatically update, but I think it might be as before I'd buy a new 'box' and just update the license by installing. This time it was done for me with my CC card on file.
All well and good until I ran One Step Update…. Nothing updated, so Call 2 was placed.
Agent determined that my Quicken File was damage… pointed me to the BACK UP folder and I selected the one from the last time an update was installed…
So I thought that was fixed and happened to add a new CD to that list.
Well, made a One Step Update run and ONLY the one I added was updated?
Call 3 made… agent made me RESET the account and test it worked, it did…
It seemed to work fine and I did get new data after that.
However, I now see this on the list of accounts I check on:
The 2 COMPLETE were the new accounts I added. The Waiting (in dark) is the on-line upload… the dim waiting's never change to Processing (I think it was) and then changed to Complete as well. After a very few minutes, maybe one even, the One Step Update closes.
I can't tell when any account was even D/L'ed except my Brokerage, for some reason when I looked at my Holdings tab, it shows it was just updated?
Does anyone know what is going on here?
I don't think it was a situation of nothing to D/L? The 2 Green ones had nothing new, and my Brokerage account did have price changes, so it isn't that?
I then RESET all accounts, but no change, still happens.

OK, so as a test I ran OSU today.
Got 2 accounts with the flags, but the above OSU 'process' did not change, only the 2 accounts shows Complete.
I checked the 2 flagged accounts, one had a payment to me, and the other had Pending Transactions.
So, it appears (although I can't be sure for all accounts) Quicken IS downloading OK, at least for the 2 flagged ones.
So the question why don't all account show COMPLETE as they are finished?
I assume others are seeing all account showing Complete as they are finished with a d/l?
It seems some accounts that do not show COMPLETE are Express Web Connect?
