Online Bill not showing amount due and not in chronological order despite reminder

Hello. I am a long time (since DOS) Quicken user. I never used Online Bills but decided to give it a try. Everything seems connected, however the Online Bills are at the bottom of the screen indicating "awaiting next bill". All of them are attached to Reminders yet have no due date. When I go to the Manage Online Biller screen, I can see they have due dates and amounts associated with them, however in the B&I Screen, they do not. I have let it ride like this for about a month to see if it would correct with updated Bills. It has not. Any thoughts or should I scrap it?

    The Billers tab unfortunately has several problems still including what you are reporting.

    I had that exact problem (has been almost always since Billers change). My report I sent below.

    Billers Tab NOT updating. Today after OSU, The Bills and Income tab picked up a new bill from Frontier MasterCard. The little Blue light was showing on Billers tab so I knew it picked it up. So far OK. BUG. When I go to the actual Billers tab, it still shows awaiting next Bill and never updates. Quicken knows the bill is there as shown by blue dot, log files, and most af all it shows up with dates and amounts in Manage Online biollers. SEE PIC. This is a major BUG to Quicken and needs to be a higher priority.

    I have the same exact issue and reported a problem through quicken. if you haven't done that, you should as I'm not sure they will do anything unless more people report the problem to support and not just in this community.

    Also if you delete the biller and then readd it, the due amount and due date will populate the B&I tab. At least until the next month when you have to delete and readd it again once the next bill is ready. At least it does for me.

    Update: actually deleting a CapitalOne biller and readding it, did not allow it to show on the B&I tab this time. It did for a Citicard. This time for CapitalOne it shows the amount due and due date when trying to add the account but it still populates the B&I tab with a row for Awaiting next bill.
