Quicken synchronization is extremely slow Win QPrem R64.35

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭
Problem statement: It takes over 2 minutes now for my Windows 11 Quicken classic Premier R64.35 [update 27.1.64.35] to syncronize with the server immediately after I updated to R64.35 (since rebooted several times).
Is there a path for a fix soon?
