Still having problems downloading Bank of America transactions - spoke with Quicken and Bank of Amer

For the past month, I continue to have problems downloading Bank of America transactions from my bank accounts AND charge cards. All other cards/banks are fine!!! Spoken with Quicken and B of A. Issue not resolved. I've been told to deactivate accounts and then reactivate. I did as told. It does not show the option for Express Web Connect. It's only showing Web Connect and I get a message that B of A does not recognize the financial institution for that connection. There is an issue between B of A and Quicken. I did not cause problem. I've been an original user of Quicken for many years(over 20 years)and don't want to start a new service. B of A of which I've been a long time customer still won't help. HELP!!!!!!!!

    Make sure you have disconnected all BofA accounts including any hidden. credit cards, separate, etc..

    Re-activate through Tools/Add Account (instead of the account level setup download)
    Just select link to account instead of add if you get to that screen with all your accounts after authorization.

    See if that works.

    Is there any way to get a step by step chat with someone to get B of A back up and downloading transactions , I was doing it from B of A online now they stopped letting you do it that way, I tried from other post to set up but quicken cant find my checking acct. I was told to reauthorize thur quicken and the bank tried it 3 times and it says can't find account, deactivated and tried to set it up again wants me to reauthorize again, The account has 27000 transactions that were downloaded on to quicken over the last 20 yrs. how do I get help from Quicken, the support sites tell me what to try but its not working. Please help. Thanks
