Investment IRR Results - Mac Premier Version 8.3.2 (Build 803.58902.100) macOS 15.7.3

When I select an individual account (Account A) in the side bar and display Performance (ie IRR), the results look to be correct and show positive 10% to 13% returns depending on which time frame I look at. I can choose to display these results by Asset Class, Type, or Security and all show the same values.

When I select the Brokerage header in the side bar, and then choose only this same Account A using the drop down field above the graph, the results are wildly different and now show negative returns from -0.3% to -6% when I choose to display by Account.

However, If I choose to display the IRR results by Asset Class, Type or Security, there result are consistent with the side bar selection of the account. So it appears that the IRR results are only incorrect when I choose to display the results by Account.

This means that when I want to look at my IRR results across my different accounts, I am getting a false picture of my investments.

Thank you,

Tom

    I can't reproduce this @Tom Tolles

I've tried multiple brokerage and retirement accounts and the IRR data always matches using either of your methods. Are you sure that you have the same date "Data as of" in each view?

On one of my accounts I see a slight difference but only 0.1% which could just be a difference in rounding.
