Credit Card account downloads to the same category - how to influence?

So I have a fuel credit card account setup in Quicken that I download transactions into. This works fine but since I buy from the same station with multiple vehicles and other gas tanks - I am looking for perhaps a hands off approach. For now, I am having to touch each category which is becoming a pain as m number of transactions have increased. So I can tell by the $$$ amount where each purchase should be categorized. Can Quicken help make that determination?
