Why wont Quicken categorize one of my accounts

Ever since I reinstalled Quicken due to some issues with connecting to my bank, Quicken stopped categorizing one of my accounts. I worked in the past. I checked the preferences, etc and everything looks OK. I must be missing something and I'm sure it's probably a quick fix. I just cant seem to find it. Any help would do. Thanks in advance.

    Is it possible that this account's setting to automatically add downloaded transactions into registers was accidentally changed due to the reinstall?

    There are two places where this setting is controlled in Quicken for Windows:

    • Globally, for all accounts, in Edit / Preferences / Downloaded Transactions
    • For each account individually, the global setting can be overridden from the Edit Account Details screen, Online Services Tab. Look for blue text "Automatic Entry is: ON / OFF". Click the text to change the setting.

    What bank are you having problems with?
    And what kind of download errors are/were you encountering?
