When does Fidelity 401K Get Updated?

Hello,

I have noticed for awhile (couple of months) that my Fidelity 401K does not match the Fidelity web site early in the AM (Netbenefits if that matters). I typically do an update when I get up (typically between 3 - 5 AM). All other accounts match (I have many with Fidelity). Recently I started tracking and doing updates multiple times. Most days I seem to get the right amount after 10AM. Not sure if this plays in but I also was told by support at one point that there are no updates for a certain time window once you do one in a day. I believe he said it resets after 2 hours. Anyone else seeing this and can anyone tell me what time I should be able to get an accurate update for the day? TIA
