Quicken Version 8.3.3 macOS importing Pending Transactions Wrong

This just started after the recent upgrade. Quicken is importing Pending transactions as income. See pictures below. I cut a lot of info out. Notice Bank shows negative and Quicken shows positive income.

This is from my Bank website, Ameris Bank.

    I think the more important question is why are pending transactions being imported? They should not.

    I would choose Help: Report a Problem to submit file/logs and details of how you are seeing these pending transactions. Quicken developers need these files to prove/push back to their data provider that pending transactions are getting harvested from Ameris.

    Well I did and it gone from bad to worse. Now it will not download any data and triggers an error message about header mismatch.
