B of A downloading of transactions

I cannot download transactions into Quicken and have had this problem for at least 2 months. I have Windows 10 and Quicken Classic Delux 2.9.16. B of A no m longer has Quicken as a file type. How do I now transfer the transactions into Qucken?

Unfortunately BofA discontinued the support for QFX download. Your best option is to establish an online download via Express Web Connect + (EWC+). Or do a .csv download.

UPDATE: I looked at BofA's Excel download, which generates a .CSV file. However it is not an exact match to Quicken's requirement. Meaning as is you will not be able to import it to Quicken. You need to make the effort to edit the .CSV file to Quicken's specs, before importing it into Quicken.
To view Quicken's requirements, go to the File menu > File Import > Banking Transactions > From .CSV File

By the way, as a privacy measure I recommend that you remove your email address as your user name and instead create one that does not contain your email.
