Unable to open downloaded files

In the past, after I would download transactions from a specific site (in this case, Wells Fargo & Synchrony credit cards), I would open the file and the transactions would go to the appropriate account in Quicken. Ever since the last Quicken update, when I try to open the file, an install window opens and ultimately fails.

As a side note, I have three different Wells Fargo credit card accounts (tracking my two daughter's as well as mine). I can download my account using One Step Update, but when I try to add the other two accounts, it does not work. I also have two different Synchrony cards that I have never been able to update via One Step Update.

    If an installer continuously attempts to open, it sounds like the update failed for whatever reason. I would first try to re-install the update.

    Never mind - I found it. I went back to R64.30 and everything works.
