Fidelity EWC+ transaction has still issues

I have been extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues since the Fidelity Investments migration to a different method for transaction downloading. More than a month ago I reported ongoing issues and was promised they will be resolved in a few days. The persistent issues that I continue experiencing:

  • Fidelity HSA - for this account no activity is being downloaded to Quicken
  • MM account redemptions not downloaded for any brokerage or IRA accounts (and of course not for the HSA)
  • transfers from brokerage and cash management account not reported as transfers. instead these are reported as cash withdrawals from the brokerage account and the transaction has to be manually updated to the transfer.

Why do these issues still persist more than two months after the infamous conversion?
