Quicken Mac 2017 Member
I can no longer go to Bank of America and choose to download my credit card transactions. It says "You can now connect your account directly through Quicken without uploading files. To update your connection method, visit Quicken Support and follow the instructions to enter your Bank of America login credentials." How can I get my transaction data?

That is because BofA discontinued that feature unfortunately. To get your transaction data, you can either use the Quicken Connect or import a .csv file. This announcement by Quicken provides the details.
