Why does American Express saving keep changing to Auto Reconcilation from Paper?

Quicken for Windows - I keep changing it to paper reconcilation but on the next download it gets changed to Auto Reconcilation. This is the only account that does it. I have created a new account, moved the transactions then deleted the old account. Then it happens again on the next download. Any suggestions?

    Could it be that one of these settings is tripping you up?

    Where are the "Auto-accept downloaded transaction" settings?
    There are two places where this is controlled in Quicken for Windows:
     - Globally, for all accounts, in Edit /Preferences / Downloaded Transactions
     - For each account individually, the global setting can be overridden from the Edit Account Details screen, Online Services Tab. Look for blue text "Automatic Entry is: ON / OFF". Click the text to change the setting.

    Thank you, it was in the auto entry section in the Online Services Tab that needed to be changed. Seems funny that on the reconcilation tab, that that wouldn't reset the Online Services option. WAY to many places that have to be rechecked. Thanks again.
