PNC Bill Pay

I have several checking accounts setup with PNC Direct Connect. If I setup a payment in Quicken how do I know if it is using PNC Bill Pay? Should the scheduled payments show up on the PNC website in the PNC Bill Pay page under Payments or the section called "e-Bills and Reminders" ?

After finally getting PNC Direct connect to work again after the PNC October 2025 upgrade, I want to make sure my Bills are going to be sent and not get a late fee because it was not sent.

    PNC does not show any activity from Quicken submitted bills nor internal transfers. You need to either take a leap of faith or use PNC directly to handle bills and transfers, which is what I've elected to do.

    I use to have faith, but after all the issues we all had with the October 2025 upgrade I am a lot more cautious. Do you know if other banks show billing activity from Quicken or is this just the way Quicken works. ?

    Other banks do or [did] show status. Chase and I believe Wells Fargo were two that had acknowledgements. However, Chase has converted to EWC+ so I'm not clear on if that is still true.
