File/Copy or Backup File window will not let me create a Year End file

in File Conversion and Backup (Windows)

I am using Classic Premier version R65.29 on Windows. When I go to File/Copy or Backup File to create a Year End file, the Year End file option is not an option in the resulting window. It is cut off. See attached pic of window. I cannot resize the window or maximize the window to see the Year End option. Any help would be appreciated.

    This window appears to have been truncated.
    Are you using View / Use large Fonts? If so, temporarily turn Large Fonts off
    Are you using any other display setup with a magnification factor greater than 125%? If so, reset display settings in Control Panel to use a small magnification factor

    Thank you for your reply. I was using large fonts but I removed it and it did not change the truncated window display. I closed Quicken and opened the program again and it did not change the window.

    My magnification factor is not greater than 125%. Any other suggestions?
