Untaxed income from an employer - how to do this

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
In my paycheck, i have my regular income, plus a $10 per week "untaxed laundry" from my employer. Not sure how to categorize this so that it isn't included in my income. or should it be included in my income? I don't know how to categorize this untaxed income.
Any help is appreciated.

My first thought would be to set up a new Income category (maybe 'Laundry"?) but do not assign a tax line to that category. Through the paycheck wizard (if that is what you are using), assign the $10 to that category.
