Adding an account at Bank of America

R65-29 on Windows. Problem has occurred since I opened this account (9 months ago) at Bank of America.

I have a few accounts at Bank of America - personal checking, business checking, credit card for both and a personal savings account. I try to add the business checking account, but it never shows as an option on the Quicken page that shows what accounts I can add at Bank of America. I have gone through the process multiple times but Quicken doesn't see the one business checking account. All of the other accounts were setup fine including the business credit card account that I opened at the same time as the business checking account. Where is it?

    Do you have a seperate signon for your business checking account? And the business checking account would not be seen when signing on with your personal signon?

    Same question as above. When you log-into the BofA website are all the accounts visible (personal + business)? Guess it depends how the business was setup when you created the business accounts-whether there is any linkage to your personal accounts (Sole proprietor, LLC, etc.) or a totally separate login
