One account is stuck on Dashboard view

I’m using Quicken Classic Deluxe version R65.29. On all my “Banking” account transaction lists and two of my three “Investing” entries, I see the detailed transaction lists. But on one of my Investing entries all I see is the four-section Dashboard and I cannot figure out how to change the view to the list. When I select “All Transactions”, the entries are there on the overall list. There haven’t been any new transactions for close to a year. I’d sure like to see the list for that account.
Thanks in advance for any help.

See if the Account is using the "Simple" investing method as opposed to the "Complete" method where each transaction gets listed. Sometimes Quicken flips a user's preferences, for unknown reasons.

To see transactions in your investment register you need to use the Complex setting.  To change, go to the Settings button and edit the account details to change from Simple to Complete.

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
