Obtaining a verification code to access my accounts

I have my Quicken ID and Password but the Email address used to send a verification code has been closed down.

I have emailed 2 requests to update the email dadress but had no response from Quicken.

When trying to receive a verification code to my phone via sms - Quicken says it has sent but nothing arrives.

In the interim I cannot access my accounts at all
