Transferring from Discover to Chase

I guess Discover has sold out to Chase. I saw notices that there are steps to deactivate discover and activate to Chase. I cannot find those notices. What are the steps to do this process?

    Discover Card was not sold to Chase. The Discover brand and network remain, with plans to integrate them into Capital One's operations. Key details regarding this acquisition include: 

    • No Immediate Changes: Customers can continue using their Discover cards, apps, and websites as normal.
    • Network Merger: Capital One plans to move some of its credit and debit card portfolios onto the Discover network, creating a stronger competitor to Visa and Mastercard.
    • Brand Retention: While owned by Capital One, the Discover brand is expected to continue operating.
