Lifetime Planner - cannot access/change assumptions

Trying to change assumptions in Lifetime Planner takes me to quicken.com "Navigation to the webpage is cancelled." I never wanted to go there. Been having this issue for months, but it's finally irritating enough to raise it here. WTF?

Running QP Windows release 65.29. At planning tab and lifetime planner, I click "change assumptions" and a pop-up window appears stating navigation to quicken.com webpage was cancelled.

All help much appreciated, really need this fixed, finally….
