Unwanted entries in budget reports (Income and Spending)

The last entry in the Income section of the budget report an unscheduled category " "Everything else" appears with a large entry in the budget column. It also appears in several places in the spending section of the report. Where do these come from and how do I eliminate them?

They will show up, when you have selected a master category but not all of its sub categories. Either only include sub categories without the master or inclue all of the sub categories and its master.

When you say "you have selected a master category but not all of its sub categories", where exactly are you referencing? The budget REPORT customization, or the budget's MANAGE BUDGET CATEGORIES selections?

    The problem seems well known/documented:

The selection I mentioned is in the budgeted categories on the planning tab. I follow that strategy myself and have no "Everything Else" entries show up.

For eample, my budget has a category named Auto Expenses with several, but not all, subcategories checked to be included in the budget. I just now checked the master category for Auto Epenses to be included, and sure enough, "Everything E;se" showed up on the tab.

I am running R65.29. Another factor may be assiging new Category Groups which I do not do, i.e. I use the existing setup of Personal Expenses, etc.
