I'm on Windows 11

I believe it started after the 11 release? I could not get the bank to do the updates beginning middle of November 2025

First Community Bank CU I have not seen any error messages.

I followed the article Deactivate and Reactivate article.

There was one point that was not covered in the article and so I just punted.

Now My accounts have gotten mixed up. Now I have not gone any further. Share account has the checking account information, etc.

Help!!

After creating a backup of your Quicken data file …

Try the whole Deactivate / Reactivate procedure again, this time making sure that, upon reactivation, you correctly LINK the Share account to your already existing Savings account register and the Checking account to the checking account register.

You may have to do some cleanup after reactivation, to delete transactions that were downloaded again and now would cause duplication.
If checking transactions were previously downloaded into the Savings account register, consider MOVING them from savings to checking: Block select the transactions you need to move, right-click a highlighted transaction, select Move transactions from the popup menu, select the correct destination register (e.g. checking).
