How Do You Remove Outdated Backup Locations

This question is answered on the site but it is incorrect.

I backup Quicken to three different drives. The file I backup is current but that's not important.

I backup to 3 drives but show 5 different drives in backup. I want to delete 2 from the list to clean up the view. How do I do this?

That information is in the file QUSER.INI which is located in
C:\Users\[NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Quicken\config

Edit the file in notepad and delete any stale "BackupPath" entries. Save the file.

ADDING: make a backup of the file before editing.

Let us know if this resolved it.

You want to do this while Quicken is closed. That's so Quicken can pick up the updated QUSER.INI file when you start it.
