Online Center only showing tab for Transactions not Bill Pay

I finally seem to have Direct Connect working with all my PNC accounts. But now when I go to Online center I only see the tab for Transactions. I do not see the tab to let me schedule bill payment. Where did it go, I had it before.

    Ok I think I already see the issue. When I set Direct Connect for my PNC accounts yesterday I thought it set it up for Direct Connect. Now when I look at my account list it shows Express Web Connect+ for all PNC accounts.
