one step update ol 2925 error

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)

i am on windows Quicken r65.29. I have been getting this error for 4 days. I reset the account and had difficulty even connecting back to UBS, but finally did. Got one good download then error again. all other account continue to download
