How would I create a transaction reflecting a deposit of funds to the HSA account and somehow be connected to the tax report (IRS form 8890)? Any ideas would be appreciated.

  Unfortunately form 8890 is not on Quicken Mac's list of tax forms, so I don't think that's possible.

  Typo on my part, actually Form 8889, but I don’t see that form either.
