Primerica connection still broken over a year later

It has been well over a year - you would think that a couple major companies could get together in that time and solve whatever is the issue.

The short version is that back in 2024 - Primerica changed their website for customer access to https://primerica.accessportals.com/home and it seems that Quicken has not bothered to update where their software attempts to connect to Primerica.

I have been using Quicken for 20+ years and the main reason I switched to the subscription version was to get the investments syncing function - and that has stopped working.

I did start a post about this about a year ago - and have send multiple repots to Quicken from the app - so not really sure what the hold up could be.

    Also having connection issue…Not connecting. Current connection appears to be directed to primerica.com, however need connection through https://www.shareholder.primerica.com [https://www.shareholder.primerica.com] for password, which redirects to [https://my.accessportals.com] for two factor authentication and account access.
