Future transactions Not showing in register!!!!

Why is my future transactions not showing in the register when I have them set to enter within 10 days of transaction? Also when I enter a manual future transaction it just disappears and can not even be found through the search option, what is going on? I love how these errors always start right after a suscription renewal processes.

    I noted that the OP may be using Quicken 2017. I am using the subscription version and am not sure what the differences may be. In any case I have the register filters set as @UKR suggests. Reminders set for 30 days and sorting by cleared. Those settings work really well for my purposes.

    Let's just check a few things:

    • the transaction was recorded with a correct future date, xx/xx/2026 and not 2025
    • the register filters are set to show "All Dates", "Any Type", "All Transactions" and not one of the date filter settings like "Last xx days" which limits transactions to today's date and before.
    • the register's Search field is clear and shows a magnifying glass
    • the register is correctly sorted by Date

    You can also try a special register Sort option: "By order entered" (click register Actions gear icon, Sorting options, By order entered). This will show transactions in the order they were entered, regardless of date.
