Category Summary by Quarter issue - Realized Gain/Loss category (Q Mac)

I just created a version of this report with a goal to report only income categories, and only from non-retirement accounts. Even though the retirement accounts are explicitly excluded in my filter, for some reason the retirement account realized gains/losses are showing up on the report (I can see them in the drill-down from quarters where they show up), so my realized gains/losses for tax purposes are way off.

Anyone else see this problem?

    I should add, the Category Summary by Month report works as expected.
