I have not been able to download from Citizens Bank (Not your typical bank) since update 2025

I have years and years of downloads without issue from Citizens Bank, but have not been able to download since the quicken online update in fall of 2025. Is it me? I don't see any other crazed and disappointed users here; I just keep getting authorization failures.

    It's not that there's NO mention; there's a memo that says there are "ongoing issues" and no expected date of resolution. How many months of bank statements are too many to call it quits with either quicken or Citizens Bank? I've been with Quicken since 1992. Seriously. It feels like we've gone back 20 years.

    Please read and review. Perhaps trying one of the about half a dozen different banks all pointing to citizensbank.com will get you going again. I have no idea why there are so many different ones, all pointing to the same bank …
