Bill Reminder Due Dates being reset by Bill Update

This has been an ongoing issue for a while now. I have numerous manually configured bills. At some point, the bill due dates keep skipping a month for nearly all my bills. If I edit any bill and change the next due date, it changes, but once a Bill Update runs, it resets the next due date back. I have recreated my bill reminders, reset my cloud data, and even created a new data file, but it still happens.

I can recreate this issue consistently by changing a Bill Reminder date, confirming the list shows the current bill as the new date, running the "Update All" function in the Bills tab, and then confirming the date immediately goes back to the previous value.

I have also noticed recently that the transaction entries are no longer matching to my bills using the same methods (name and value matching) I've used for years. I am being required to skip the current bill as they will not match up. I suspect that the two issues are related since the bill update feature keeps resetting the due date. To me this indicates that the next due date is not being saved into the file and therefore will never match a current transaction.

After doing some checking, I've also noticed that the same issue is happening to one of my incomes.

I also tested performing a Cloud Sync and this also resets my due dates back to the incorrect date in addition to the Bill Update All function.

I have also performed a Validation and Repair and that made no difference.
