Quickfill rule based on partial text match (Q Mac)

It would be great if I can assign a category based on partial text match, say "TST*" assigned to Dining category.
Toast, Sunday and other merchant services programs add prefix to their transactions that can be used to automatically categorize. Toast is always a restaurant.

Is there a blank space after "TST*" and before the restaurant name? There is in my transactions, which would make a Quickfill rule work.
However, if you are looking for a way to strip "TST* " from each merchant name and leave the rest … I don't think that'll work unless you're willing to set up one rule for each restaurant name based on the individual restaurant name.
