Matching Transaction Issue

I have downloaded bank account and credit card transactions. On the credit card download it is not including in the total the payment made from my bank account. The credit card it is asking to match the payment transaction but when I select to match there are no matches showing up even though the transaction is showing up in my bank account.

    And what does the transaction showing in your bank checking account look like?
    Is it categorized as a transfer to "[name of credit card]" enclosed in square brackets?

    When making the actual credit card payment, are you recording a transfer transaction, from checking to credit card account, BEFORE you download transactions from both, containing the payment transactions?
