    Are you using Pop-up registers to view your individual account registers? See Edit / Preferences / Register options "Use pop-up registers"

    The Account sidebar and the Quicken Toolbar are only available from the main Quicken window.

    I find it best for my needs to keep the pop-up register option turned off.

    If it helps … Certain account register - specific functions can be added to the individual register's Action bar.
    Click the register's Action gear icon, select Customize Action bar to see what kind of one-click action icons you can add to the register view.
